Instructions

Vary your dose, dose interval and formulation in relation to clearance (CL) to achieve your desired concentration-time profile.

Adjust the sliders and hit "Plot graph" to see how your profile looks.

Adjust the sliders and use the "Redraw Graph" button to redraw the graph or the "Adjust" button to quickly move the graph based on the adjusted sliders. Click the "Reset" button to reset the graph and sliders to their default position.
